Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if there is a quality issue, wrong item, or shipping damage.
For damaged packages, please keep the packaging and send clear photos or video within 48 hours. We will review and offer replacement, partial refund, or refund depending on the case.
Custom products, used products, and products damaged by improper use are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
